blog # 6
In blog post 5, i claimed that happiness was the meaning of life. Some people ask, does happiness define a meaningful life? I feel that this argument is weak because everyone is always searching for some form of happiness. Everyone has their own defintion of happiness and happiness makes everything seem meaningful.

blog # 5: The Question
As i have been researching for my final paper there has been one question that i have been wondering."Is there a meaning of Life"? In our text book "Problem from Philosophy", it states that the best life and the happy life are the same thing, and generally happiness consists in a life of reason and virtue. I feel that the individual is responsible to their own meaning. The word happiness best describes the meaning of life, everyone is different so happiness can be anything just depends on the person. In my paper this will be the main subject because who knows if there is a meaning, so the best explanation is based on the individuals definition of happiness. In the text book it says that happiness is self sustaining because happy people tend to behave in certain ways to keep themselves happy. Happiness can have many definitions, so it is based on what makes you happy.
